Introduction

Why we exist

Despite advances in public health, many communities continue to experience unequal access to healthcare. Structural inequity, stigma, discrimination and insufficient culturally competent communication drive health disparities.

Individuals facing overlapping challenges of race, sexuality, migration, identity and stigma often navigate systems that do not reflect their experiences. These barriers limit access to care and reinforce broader health and social inequalities.

TAF Collective CIC was founded to address these challenges — guided by the values of Truth, Authenticity and Freedom in how we create, collaborate and engage.
